A great city of tourism and classical music, Barcelona is offering the fourth edition of the Barcelona Obertura Festival from 8 to 31 March 2023. Organised jointly by the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Gran Teatre del Liceu and L’Auditori, with the Ajuntament de Barcelona, the event, which welcomes numerous artists (such as Isata Kanneh Mason, Philippe Herreweghe, Fabio Biondi, Joshua Bell, Lionel Meunier, Nicolas Altstaedt… ), the event will feature the complete Mozart Trios, a tribute to Jordi Cervelló and Max Reger on the occasion of his 150th birthday, concerts featuring Isaac Albéniz and a ‘Made in Barcelona’ series featuring repertoire inspired by, created or performed in the city.
