]]> This is a milestone season for Julien Chauvin as he prepares to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his ensemble, Le Concert de la Loge. The talented baroque conductor and violinist approaches Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons from a fresh perspective, offering a stage production choreographed by Mourad Merzouki. The renowned choreographer brings the dancers of his Compagnie Käfig to perform alongside the orchestra, blending hip-hop and breakdance movements with the sounds of period instruments. This highly anticipated performance will take place at the Halle aux Grains in Toulouse on Monday, December 16, 2024.

]]> Mourad Merzouki is a choreographer who is always full of surprises. A prominent figure in the hip-hop movement of the 90s, he has since established his style with an eclecticism that constantly drives him to seek inspiration in all disciplines, including sports. The French artistic swimming team secured fourth place at the Paris Olympics thanks to a highly acclaimed free program choreographed by Mourad Merzouki himself. Following this impressive performance, the artist is teaming up with Julien Chauvin and Le Concert de la Loge once again for a tour of Vivaldi‘s The Four Seasons set to dance, which will take his troupe, the Compagnie Käfig, to Germany, Bordeaux, Rouen, and, for instance, to the Halle aux Grains in Toulouse on December 16, 2024.
