The Palazzetto Bru Zane teams always delights music lovers with their many exciting rediscoveries of the 19th century French repertoire.

Intense musicological work on Offenbach is bearing fruit on the stage with the exhumation of the complete original 1866 version (never heard before) of the Opéra-bouffe masterpiece, Offenbach’s La Vie Parisienne. For the first time, the famous designer Christian Lacroix is directing. The opera will be performed at the Opéra de Rouen from 7 to 13 November 2021, at the Opéra de Tours from 3 to 7 December and at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées for 16 performances from 21 December 2021 to 9 January 2022.
