Conducted by Kaspars Putniņş, the Collegium Vocale Gent begins his new season at Brussel’s Palais des Beaux-Arts on 26 September with a contemporary music concert with works by Kurtag, Schnittke and fascinating Ligeti’s Lux aeterna.

A major event is announced at Brussel’s Palais des Beaux-Arts, on June 7th Daniel Harding conducts the Staatskapelle Dresden to perform Mahler’s Kindertotenlieder starring exceptional German baritone Matthias Goerne.

From 2-11 May, Brussels’ Palais des Beaux-Arts gives a tribute to Bach with his Festival Bach Heritage conductor Philippe Herreweghe who turns 70 will be celebrated also. Artists such as Patricia Kopatchinskaja, Christoph Prégardien, Jean Rondeau, Herbert Schuch and Martin Helmchen or the Café Zimmermann ensemble conducted by Céline Frisch performs.
