One of the most talked about and talented French dancers has just been appointed Danseur Etoile of the Opéra national de Paris. After ten triumphant performances of Rudolf Nureyev’s La Bayadère, Aurélie Dupont and Alexander Neef took to the stage of the Opéra Bastille on Saturday 23 April 2022 to honour François Alu, Danseur étoile. A reassuring election for the future of France and its Opera!
