Before the productions of Boesmans’ Pinocchio or Strauss’ Elektra, the Opéra National de Bordeaux performs on 19 & 21 January 2018, a highlight of the season with Debussy’s Pelléas et Mélisande, celebrating Debussy’s death 100 years ago. Marc Minkowski conducts the production with tenor Stanislas de Barbeyrac, soprano Chiara Skerath and baritone Alexandre Duhamel for their debut in their role.
