The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden performs from 24 March to 09 April 2020 Janácek’s masterpiece, Jenufa with the opera revelation soprano Asmik Grigorian in the title role opposite to her mother-in-law, the terrifying Kostelnycka performed by soprano Karita Mattila who has been also a brilliant Jenufa.
