The Leipzig Opera House, which was to perform a new production of Wagner’s Lohengrin by Katharina Wagner, has to adapt to health measures.

On November 7, 2020, it will premiere the Wagner’s opera in a reduced format currently being edited by Prof. Schirmer (Intendant of the Oper Leipzig), Oper Leipzig’s head dramaturge, Dr. Christian Geltinger, and the Leipzig Opera’s artistic production manager and new director, Patrick Bialdyga. The set is produced by sculptor and painter Klaus Hack.
