Magic of French timbers in Berlin

On 12 February 2023, the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin will present an all-French concert at the Berlin Philharmonie with Debussy’s Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune, followed by Francis Poulenc’s Concert champêtre performed by Jean Rondeau on the harpsichord and Camille Saint-Saëns’s Symphony No. 3 with organ, featuring Thomas Ospital, the current organist at Saint-Eustache church in Paris, at the keyboard. To complete the French spirit, on podium the young Parisian-born conductor Marie Jacquot conducts.
