Muti from International Chicago in Europe

Legendary conductor Riccardo Muti is taking his orchestra – the Chicago Symphony Orchestra – on a European tour from 11 to 29 January 2024. This new year will start on the theme of excellence, given the dedication and professionalism this great artist is renowned for. Cologne, Essen, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Milan, Paris, Rome, Turin, Vienna as well as Brussels and Budapest (for the very first time) will welcome the conductor who will perform pieces by Mendelssohn, Richard Strauss, Stravinsky, Liadov, Prokofiev and also American composers Philip Glass and Florence Price, the first black American woman composer to be played by the orchestra.
