Great German bass René Pape postpone his debut as Baron Och in Strauss’ Der Rosenkavalier.
The new production under the direction of André Heller to be premierd 9 February 2020 at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin, will be conducted by Zubin Mehta. Günther Groissböck will take over the role of Baron Ochs from René Pape.
