A famous Russian violinist on Haydn’s land. Julian Rachlin, the internationally renowned artist, has been appointed artistic director of the Herbstgold, the Eisenstadt Festival.

The charming Austrian city is famous to host the Princes Esterházy’s palace, patrons of Haydn, but also the famous hall (the Haydnsaal), one of the best acoustics in the world.
