After Boris Godunov, the demanding Russian repertoire returns to the Paris Opera with Mussorgsky’s Khovantchina directed by Andrei Serban. From 26 January to 18 February 2022, the Opéra Bastille welcomes an almost exclusively Russian-speaking cast with one exception. The great Georgian mezzo Anita Rachvelishvili, star of the opera, performs as the magnificent role of Marfa. Not to be missed!
