Tugan Sokhiev, the great Russian conductor who worked successfully at the helm of the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse for 14 years, returns to the pink city but this time to conduct the Mahler Chamber Orchestra for an exceptional concert as part of the excellent Les Grands Interprètes serie. Prokofiev‘s suites from Romeo and Juliet are on the programme for the concert on Monday 26 February 2024, at the Halle aux Grains, along with Dvořák‘s famous concerto performed by the seductive cellist Kian Soltani. Booking is now open, and given the conductor’s great popularity in Toulouse, you’d better not delay in getting a seat!
