From 3 to 6 March 2022, the talents of tomorrow will meet the audience at the Philharmonie de Paris, where the second edition of the major international competition for female conductors, La Maestra, will be held. Fourteen candidates have been selected from 202 conductors of 48 nationalities from all five continents. The aim of this competition is to highlight female talent that is still under-represented on the orchestra podiums.
