On Friday 27 January 2023, the Salle Gaveau in Paris welcomes Lionel Meunier and his famous Ensemble Vox Luminis to perform Purcell’s semi-opera King Arthur in a concert version. The English masterpiece has already been recorded by Meunier and his troupe (published by Alpha Classics in 2018), in which they offer a new expanded orchestration that can be heard on stage on 27/1.
