The winners of the Paris Opera Competition 2019 further to the finale held at the Paris’ Théâtre des Champs-Elysées on Friday 18 January 2019 are French soprano Mélissa Petit, third prize, French baritone Jérôme Boutillier, second prize and Russian baritone Ilya Kutyukhin who wins both first prize and the public prize. All the young singers were fully part to this successful performance and all were able to be distinguished such as sopranos Yaritza Veliz and Julia Sitkovetsky or mezzo Zlata Khershberg.
